A 20-gauge G-90 galvanized steel window well: 36″ wide along the foundation wall, projecting 30″ out from it, 22″ from grade down to the base.
The curved corrugated profile — 2″ pitch, 0.5″ depth — carries the backfill without the wall bowing. The top edge is folded into a reinforced safety lip, and the 2″ side flanges are pre-punched to fasten straight into the foundation.
Egress
The 30″ projection is 762 mm, clearing the 760 mm the National Building Code requires in front of a bedroom egress window (NBC 9.9.10.1). Check the window opening itself and your municipality's amendments before ordering.
Finish
Ships galvanized in 1–2 business days. Gloss black powder coating adds 1–2 weeks to completion.
