A 20-gauge G-90 galvanized steel window well: 62″ wide along the foundation wall, projecting 22″ out from it, 22″ from grade down to the base.
At 62″ it fills the gap between the 60″ and 66″ wells, for an opening that a 60″ well only just fails to clear. At 22″ deep it suits a foundation wall backfilled part of the way up. The curved corrugated profile carries the backfill, the top edge is folded into a reinforced safety lip, and the 2″ side flanges are pre-punched for the foundation.
Egress
At 22″ (559 mm) this well does not meet the 760 mm clearance the National Building Code requires in front of a bedroom egress window. For a bedroom, order a 30″ or 36″ projection.
Finish
Ships galvanized in 1–2 business days. Gloss black powder coating adds 1–2 weeks to completion.
