A 20-gauge G-90 galvanized steel window well: 62″ wide along the foundation wall, projecting 30″ out from it, 30″ from grade down to the base.
At 62″ it fills the gap between the 60″ and 66″ wells, for an opening that a 60″ well only just fails to clear. At 30″ deep it suits a wall backfilled most of the way up. The curved corrugated profile carries the backfill, the top edge is folded into a reinforced safety lip, and the 2″ side flanges are pre-punched for the foundation.
Egress
The 30″ projection is 762 mm, clearing the 760 mm of space the National Building Code requires in front of a bedroom egress window (NBC 9.9.10.1). Check the window opening itself and your municipality's amendments before ordering.
Finish
Ships galvanized in 1–2 business days. Gloss black powder coating adds 1–2 weeks to completion.
