84″W X 22″P X 12″H Galvanized Steel Window Well

A 20-gauge G-90 galvanized steel window well: 84″ wide along the foundation wall, projecting 22″ out from it, 12″ from grade down to the base.

A shallow light well, for basement windows that sit close to grade rather than for an exit. The curved corrugated profile carries the backfill load, the top edge is folded into a reinforced safety lip, and the 2″ side flanges are pre-punched for the foundation.

Egress

At 22″ this well does not meet the 760 mm clearance the National Building Code requires in front of a bedroom egress window. For a bedroom, order a 30″ projection.

Finish

Ships galvanized in 1–2 business days. Gloss black powder coating adds 1–2 weeks to completion.
