92″W X 12″P X 22″H Galvanized Steel Window Well

A 20-gauge G-90 galvanized steel window well: 92″ wide along the foundation wall, projecting 12″ out from it, 22″ from grade down to the base.

The curved corrugated profile carries the backfill load without bowing, the top edge is folded into a reinforced safety lip, and the 2″ side flanges are pre-punched for the foundation. At 92″ across it is one of the widest wells we roll, sized for a picture window or a double opening in one piece rather than two wells butted together.

Egress

At 12″ this well does not meet the 760 mm clearance the National Building Code requires in front of a bedroom egress window. For a bedroom, order a 30″ projection.

Finish

Ships galvanized in 1–2 business days. Gloss black powder coating adds 1–2 weeks to completion.
